PRODUCTION TIME

Since your apparel is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow 2 WORKING DAYS, for ANY DESIGN under CASUALS, and 5 to 8 WORKING DAYS, for OTHERS…for your order(s) to be dispatched from our workshop.

You should get a notification in your email, once your order has been shipped, and a tracking number, if applicable.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (depending on what you are ordering; Bespoke or Ready-To-Wear).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

RETURNS

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you are shipping an item over ₦50,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If it is a case of an exchange, we will dispatch your item(s) after the number of days it was required to dispatch the returned item(s).

Cost of shipping of a returned item is borne by the buyer, while the cost of shipping ‘back’ to you an exchanged item (if applicable) is borne by us.
